Etisalat 0.0 free browsing is back again using psiphon and You must have 0.00 airtime in your etisalat line. You don’t have to load any card because it is totally free.
PROCEDURES
Download the psiphon if you don't have here.
Now configure it as follows
Use default etisalat APN
Tick remove port
→Proxy Type: real host
→Proxy Server: de.blackberry.com or web.blackberry.com or us.blackberry.COM
→Real Proxy Type: Inject
→Real Proxy Server: ns393958.ovh.net
→Real Proxy Port: 8080
Now Click Save
Mark Turnel whole device
→Got to options
→Select Region:best performance
Click on More Option
Untick connect through an HTTp
Its fast but connects after 3-5mins.
Go back and hit on connect
